Does anyone have any good recipes for ramen? preferably with chicken or beef? I recently tried it for the first time, but it wasn't really REAL ramen. It was just a packet similar to Mr. Noodles, and I was disgusted to notice how much salt was in it after I finished eating it. I think it was near 1750 mg per package. Anyways, I'd like to make some from scratch, so any help would be great! Thanks very much guys and gals

No recipes from me, but we used to refer to the "Lipton Cup-O-Salt" at my first job.
