super tenderizing steaks next day (leftovers)???
we made dinner, but turns out a bunch of our roommate's were not gonna be here so we had way too much food, the steaks (cheap grilling steaks which turned out to be a little too chewy) we figured we'd keep for next-day sammiches.
i was wondering what the beast idea to get them really nice and tender so we can shred them up nice for some real messy bbq sandwiches? they're cooked mostly medium rare and have alot of good bbq sauce on them. slow boil them in a good tasty bbq-style stock, until they fall apart easily?? |
