Noodle Ambuscades Alexandria
Heads up, Alexandria-area TFPers...
They moved our yearly Kansas City school event (I'll miss you, Toaster) to Alexandria, VA this year. I'll be flying in on the 17th of July mid-day and out on the 24th mid-day. We're holed up in some swank-ish hotel for most of the time between classes, student gov, Psi Chi events, graduation and the like. However, thus far, it appears that I may have that Thursday open until about 6 pm, when I have to get my butt back and in place with a happy face for a Psi Chi induction ceremony. I'm working on trying to find an evening. Possibly Tuesday or Friday, but I can't pin anyone down yet on what my flippin' responsibilities are. But, I will have a goddamn Maryland crab cake. And I heard a suggestion of a swanky beer accompanied by a Niner and a Dammitall and maybe even a golf-club-toting Uncle Phil! w00t!

Saturday is graduation, starting at about 3 until late night, Sunday I have to be at the airport at 10am. I'm still waiting to hear about Friday, I have class until 3 if I can get in. It may be some Student Gov event. I'll definitely keep you guys updated! Not sure when Niner's heading back to Jersey either... sometime around there.

Heh. I wish I had more free time! I'm in class every day but Thursday, and activities every night. I got to see Toaster last year for exactly three hours... 10p to 1a, ha. The hotel is totally swank, I hear... sushi restaurant on premises. But I still really need that Maryland crabcake. There is a possibility that I can sneak out of the reception Monday night and get beerz after 9, should you and Dammitlust be available. Read: please bring kidnapper van and save me! I'll know next week, I think. I wish the weekend was more open! Stupid graduation.

I'm really kicking myself for leaving my camera in the car. I wanted photograph evidence of The Meeting of the Minds.
Don't I totally dress to impress? I show up looking like a college freshman and demand that you buy my beverages. Classy. Everybody should know that she was a great conversationalist and totally dumbed it down for me. Single syllables. ... You're fun, Noodle. We'll hang out again sometime in the future. I'll buy this time. And bring Demolition Man on DVD. |

Ahahahahaha! I love angry science nerds and I despise MST3K.
I had a Maryland Crab Cake.... and somehow we missed the AWESOME bar around the corner. Tomorrow is $10 bottle of wine day... and if you don't finish it, you get to cork the bottle and take it home. There is the scent of potential nonsense and mischeviosity in the air...
