If I wasn't going to Dragoncon, I would totally be down for going to Myrtle beach. Do you tan? Since you are all Ken Doll like, with the smooth spot in your trunks, do you stay that plastic flesh color all the time?

Sadly, I do not tan. I'm that pale tattooed dork wearing SPF 85.
Basically I'm going to be down in Myrtle drinking and wandering. They have some old school medieval combat thing, I hear. Hard Rock Cafe is supposedly shaped like a pyramid. I was at Bragg for 4 years but never went to Myrtle. Go figure. I've got a beachfront hotel room booked. Yeehaw. |

I know being married is tough, Gucci... but they have pills to keep your urges in check.
... Yeah, I hear "Broadway on the Beach" is the drunken Mecca of Myrtle. I'm way excited. I've never actually been to the beach-with-an-ocean before so this is all new 'n amazing. Last edited by Plan9; 07-16-2009 at 09:10 AM.. |

Broadway is great, it's an enclosed shopping place (like an outdoor mall) so that they can sell alcohol on the "streets". Which means you can order a drink at a place and walk to another place. We bought jello shots from a guy on the avenue between two bars, it was great. There are alot of bars there, but I loved the faux irish-pub that they had. The cigar room was lined with huge, comfy couches.
