for everyone who's seen it, was i the only one not really sickened by it?

i'm not saying it wasn't disturbing. i was pretty damn pissed about the animal cruelty. but the movie as a whole wasn't unwatchable. it was just stupid. and it really didn't shock me into having to turn it off.

any thoughts?

Damn, i actually wanted to see this (curiosity) but i can't locate it anywhere!

I heard about a turtle being killed? Although apparently a few of the animal deaths are fake. Why does Blockbuster not have this?

no i'm pretty sure the animal deaths are all real.

and yeah the turtle got deshelled. it was cruel as hell and it served no purpose.

Really disturbing horror. Saw it years ago and I'm still trying to find it. The turtle scene I can only watch once. It reminded me of the 1970's documentry, "Shocking Asia," which is more disturbing.
