Comic Book Fans.. HELP!

Ok, I'm looking for a SPECIFIC comic from the Amazing Spider series that my brother owned a long time ago and I lost one time when we were at the dentist's office. The only thing I know is a little bit of the cover. It had Spiderman and Juggernaut fighting on the front, juggernaut was the majority of the cover, if anyone finds it and can link the cover itself I could confirm it. If anyone can find this I would be ETERNALLY greatful, its been something I've been searching for off and on for 10-12 years.

I'm probably just going to keep typing until I run out of things to babble about and see how many people actually read this. I once ran down a hill, fell down and hurt my elbow; my mom said I would be ok, she kissed it and made it all better. I've run out of things to say now, so if you have read this whole thing, congratulations you get a gold star!

Crazy

That is from a series that was just called Spider-Man until around issue 75, when they added the Peter Parker tag to it.

If it's neither of those, you can probably look through here and find it:
