Bring back X-FILES
 

What is boring,too much talking with nothing happening,
endless scenes that never get interesting,stories that
have no suspense and episodes that keep showing up after
you made the mistake of watching them 3 days before?

The answer is most of this year's television programs.

X-Files and writer/producer CHRIS CARTER had the right
idea: one hour programs,with some exciting actors and
mysterious,scary stories that did not bore you to death
and that wrapped up the story after 60 minutes were up.
(Okay...most of the stories were continued on to the
next week but things did get answers in most cases.)

The only good TV shows on this season are:

1.Desperate Housewives
2.Boston Legal
3.Grey's Anatomy
4.Medium
5.Monday Night Football
6.Stargate SG1 and
7.E-Ring

I know that ABC,CBS,NBC and Fox can not cancel all of the
low rated shows right away but look for most of the boring
ones to be replaced with someting less painful to watch real soon. :thumbsup:

What about the new BatttleStar Galactica? Best sci fi series in years. Lost? Nip/Tuck (yes, yes, not as good as season 1, but still one of the best), Rescue Me, and Simpsons? I also have to disagree with you about Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Medium, Footbal, SG-1, Football (does this belong on such a list?), and E-Ring.

I guess we just have different taste in TV. I'd still love to see the second X-Files movie that we were promised so long ago. Quick, before everyone forgets how the series ended!

mmmm Gillian Anderson... Always loved that show though.

I dunno, Xfile was one of those shows where all of the stories are part of the bigger picture and it went out on a high note, so why bring a good show back? There's good chances that the old actors, directors, crew, etc are gonna be replaced with somebody entirely different and that might just chance the whole perspective of Xfile stories. The story might be the same but told in a different way.

Although, I am getting worried about Stargate SG-1 since it seems to be running to the end of its life...I just can't get enough of Carter! :D

Family Guy
Simpsons
King of the Hill
24
Prison Break
House (not seen it, but I hear great things)

I loved X-Files. Didn't see many, but if I find a rerun on TV, I'll most likely watch it. And yes, Gillian Anderson is just HOT!
