Altered Carbon
Anybody else read this book? I read this and 2 others by Richard K Morgan. I think he is my new favorite sci-fi author. Here some info:

yes he's very good at violent sci fi, seeing a hellish future for us all :(
quality stuff though :) Iain M Banks Ken MacLeod Dan Simmons & Peter Hamilton all spring to mind as writers who do excellent sci fi. though P Hamilton is my 4th choice :) |
I liked the second book better. Im on woken furies now. Seems a little slower than the others so far.

I liked Altered Carbon the best as it felt the freshest and most intense. But I don't hate the others or think they are appalling just he's exhausted this small universe and needs a fresh one :)
