New shows this Fall - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

Im always interested to see what new stuff is going to start up in the fall. I know of a couple, but if you got more, list em.

"E-Ring"----I forget what its about but i think its some kind of government agency or anti-terrorist maybe. Looked good in the previews.

"Prison Break"----Also looked good. Preview made it look like a mini-series, but you never know. Thats what i though Lost was in the beginning. Obviously its about being in prison. Looked better than Oz from the previews, much more realistic.

"Threshhold" (spelling?)----Extra Terrestial life found on Earth. A lot of cool scenes shown in previews. Looked like it could be good, but may turn into something that should be on late night sci fi channel. Definitely worth checking out, imo.

FYI: Did you know there will be an ex NFL quarterback on Survivor this fall.

I saw some previews for Prison Break. I think it looked kind of good but I am not sure how long something like that can run. They can only attempt to break out of prison so many times before it gets old or unrealistic

E-ring is the innermost level of the pentagon.. so the title prolly refers to really inside military stuff.. or that's my guess without really looking into it.

I saw a few new shows coming this next week on Fx.

Starved - A comedy (?) about people with eating disorders

Its always sunny - A comedy which I have no idea what the show is really about, but the promo for it looked decent.

Anyone else looking forward to either of these?

Haven't heard of those but I hear that My name is earl might be pretty good, and seeing as I love Jason Lee, I'll probably be watching.. here's what NBC.com says about this show...
You know that guy you see at the convenience store - sort of shifty lookin' fella who buys a pack of smokes, a couple of Lotto scratchers and a "tall boy" at ten in the morning - the kind of guy you wait to come out before you and your family go in...well, that guy is me...or the guy I used to be. Until I discovered Karma - Do good things and good things will happen to you, do bad things and they'll come back to haunt you. Now I know if I want a better life, I need to be a better person...that's why I've made a list of everything I've done wrong, a roadmap to better Karma, and I'm gonna make it right each and every one, I swear.
