I'm very skeptical about this one. My childhood fantasies were raped enough by Lucas and his new trilogy. I want it to be good but...

More good news everyone, I just noticed the screenplay is by John Rogers, also known for Catwoman. :|

You know, despite the credits associated with Rogers (The Core, Catwoman) I still have faith in him. He talks on his blog about what happened with Catwoman. I guess it was a year out of his hands before it even went into production.

Plus, his comic writing is pretty top notch.

Egads... so far its off to a bad start in my book. I think I will scratch it off of my "must see" list.

Peter Cullen is to reprise his role as the voice of Optimus Prime.

Pretty Cool. Although I'm sure they will use some creative license too make his voice sound a little more electronic.

Just saw the movie today and it ROCKS! ! ! ! !

Yeah, it was friggin awesome!

Great movie. I loved it. Maybe best special effects of any movie ever. Total action movie. I think they fought for almost the entire movie with very little down time.

Oh yeah and Megan Fox might be the hottest girl to ever walk the earth. Nice

ok, saw the movie last night...and it was....ok. no, it was pretty damn cool, awesome actually, except for one thing....the damn camera moving all over and it just being a blurry mess.

moving the camera around really fast to give a feeling of intense action is cool, it works, but after 7 minutes of blurry action, it just gets annoying. after 20 minutes of if, i want to kick michael bay in the nuts. hard. repeatedly. i couldn't tell who was who, what was what, deceptacon or autobot. pissed me off and i hate michael bay forever.
but i'm glad i saw the movie.

I won't be seeing it. I boycott all Michael Bay work, because he sucks the devil's feet.

...but the devil is Megatron, and Megatron is fucking rad!

I was really really glad I went to see it... like some of you, I was skeptical when I saw Michael Bay's name attached... but I figured Megan Fox would make up for that at least, and wow... did she ever. She is ridiculously hot.

Oh... the robots were cool, too. :)
