Dukes of Hazzard movie (trailer inside!)
 

Trailer for the new movie is out. I have to admit it looks about 200 times better than I thought it would turn out but it still seems kind of "wrong." They have the car chases and down right IMPOSSIBLE jumps perfected but Knoxville and Scott just couldn't be pried away from acting fucking stupid. Last time I watched the Dukes (and I've seen almost all of the episodes) Bo and Luke weren't acting like jackasses. But hey, maybe this is an adaptation of the series, not a recreation. Anyway, ENJOY!!!!!!!

Catherine Bach was, and probably still is, better looking than Jessica Simpson... and a better actress too...

Burt Renyolds as Boss Hogg is good casting... though the guy playing Roscoe the Sheriff doesn't seem anywher near as dumb as the original.

THink I'll pass on this movie..

I will be seeing this movie in the theaters, I can already tell.

I grew up watching the TV show and Daisy and her short shorts.

And I have to agree that Catherine Bach was way hotter than Jessica Simpson as Daisy Dukes.

This will probably be a wait-for-dvd movie for me.

Awesome. I thought it would suck, but now I have seen the trailer I am kinda lookin forward to it. I love a good brainless car chase movie once in a while.

You can't expect every movie to be 'Sideways.'

This movie suffers from some bad casting, especially jessica Simpson. Too bad, this movie had great potential.

The TV show sucked big time and the movie will suck too.

Anything with Jessica Simpson in it just screams "bullshit". She's had her 15 minutes of fame.

This looks like another episode of Jackass, however I like Jackass and I like the original Dukes of Hazzard so sadly enough I will probably be going to see this...

The casting in this movie is definitely geared toward a generation that probably has never watched an episode of Dukes of Hazzard...
