wookies, sidious goin crazy, anakin killing all kinds of people, immense space battles, yoda lookin sweet as ever, clone troopers' progressing (or regressing depending on how you look at it) into stormtroopers, and much much more.

w00t to the max. i'm ready for may 19.

To be honest, it gave away more of the storyline than any other trailer I've ever seen. While I;ve known the storyline for several months, there are those out there who don't feverishly search for such things because they want to be surprised. The trailer was amazing, and the movie looks like it wil be worthy of the name "Star Wars", but they could have given away a bit less. IMO.

Anybody find the trailer online yet? I want to watch it again. The only place I found was the starwars site but you need to be have a hyperspace account.

The trailer looks awesome! This movie is going to rock.

Looks promising. There still seems to be a lot of the political stuff that's plagued the last two movies hanging on, but the action should make up for it. I'm hoping he dons the black gear about 2/3rds or sooner in so we can see Vader in action again.

I am sooo excited to see this movie. The Emporer with a Saber? OMG. Looks wicked. And the fight between him and Yoda in the Senate Hall! Obi Wan fighting Anakin... he wins ya? Knocking Anakin into the lava or does it happen some other way? Amidala's fate... a dark one! :P The wookies look kick ass. The council denying Anakin true Jedi status... just what he needs to push him over the edge! So so much in this trailer!

it looks really awesome overall, but... what on earth happened to palpatine's FACE? (during the fight with yoda)

also i wish they'd gone with actors in suits for the wookiees instead of cgi... it looks really nice, but i always thought of wookiees as coughing up hairballs and picking space-lice out of their fur. the cgi just doesn't do the same thing for me in terms of conveying the gross matted fur and whatnot.

For awhile I always got confused because Palpatine is also the Emporer but they look different (but the same). In another thread they used the comparison Super Man and Clark Kent or alter ego's if you will to describe the change. I can't wait for this episode myself.

I'm sure it's gonna be a lot worse than everyone thinks. Episode 2 had a cool trailer, but it was a godawful movie.

I think that Episode 3 is going to make Empire look like a happy movie. There's just so much that has to happen, and almost none of it is good. I'm really looking forward to this movie, and the trailer just made it harder to wait.

Its nuts. I am scared excited nervous.

this movie is soooo different than what I was expecting. I knew it would be dark that was unavoidable. It seems darker than I was expecting and that in itself shows me that this movie is unlike the rest.

Tell me the Emperor didn't pop a lightsaber out of his sleeve a la "Desperado"! Goddamnit I love it.

This is the Star Wars we've been waiting for, the one dripping with evil, the one Lucas says may be too much for children. Never knew I was fanboy till now.
