I know what u mean about Steph's face...that's why I think she's juicing--or more likely doing GH. I honeslty think the point of the Hair vs. hair match was that Nash wanted a haircut...it helped build a little heat for the two of them for the PPV, but not enough to get people oto shell out $$$...btw, I think it comes down to the two of them for the title...my money is on Jericho, but McMahon loves the big men...

I wouldn't be surprised if Nash cuts Jericho's hair at the PPV. I think that would leave HHH as the last long haired one in Raw at the moment? Unless I'm forgetting someone...

Nash got a haircut because:
a) He's going grey really fast, and dying it just isn't working
b) He has a part in a movie that requires him to have shorter hair
-and-
c) He looks really really old.

====

I'm glad that Test has Keibler again. Hell, I can safely say that Test does not suck as much as Steiner. I was almost fooled by the leg stunt that Test did on Monday, Crossed Arms of the ref almost made it believable (when the referee hold up both arm, crossed, it means a real injury has occured, and the medical team (the real one) is needed immediately.)

But what I noticed is that we never went to commercial. Usually, when someone is really injured on non-PPV events, they always cut to a commercial and just show some highlights of the injury whenthey come back. Heck, most of the time the stars just wrestle the rest of the match injured.

Oh well, I'll give Test 3 out of 4 stars for his performance. Good job.

okay, no thoughts on Smackdown. I thought I pretty much sucked as a whole. Oh well.

=====

SummerSlam!!!!
Hmm, lets see who my picks are:

Kane/RVD - Kane, in a big way. RVD's been going downhill for the past few months, and nothing is going to save him now. Besides, Kane just got a new character. Why would they want to show the world that it (the character) sucks?

Shaneo/Bitchoff - Shaneo!!! Duh. Please.

La Ouisistance/Dudley Boyz - Well, the Frenchies are going to win. With Rob Conway in their corner (That fake military guy from monday), they have the best odds. If they don't win, they will lose by DQ as they bury the Dudleyz again with the flag.

Angle/Lesnar - Haven't we seen this match before? Oh yeah, the past 6 PPV's. Oh well. Lesnar wins, and takes the belt home.

Taker/ATrain - Taker. If he isn't going to lose to Cena, there is to way in heck he is going to lose to ATrain. Boooo.

Guerrero/Benoit/Rhyno/Tajiri - Well, Rhyno isn't going to win it, because he sucks. Taijiri isn't going to win, because he's Asian (Hey, i'm just pointing out the obvious right now). So we have to chose between Benoit and Guerrero for the belt. I have my bets on Guerrero to keep the belt, even though I think Benoit should have it. Guerrero wins.

V1 Hardy/Gowan - Gowan wins! V1 does the right thing, and gives Gowan a major push up the ranks. Hell, this is why V1 is on my favorite wrestlers list. He's just plain awesome.

ELIMINATION CHAMBER - Jericho!! Nuff said.

Anyone else cringe at the Brock/Gowan match from Smackdown?? That was pretty gruesome. More so than any Hell in a Cell, falling on tacks, running into steel fence, getting hit in the face with barbed wire shit. That kid done got fucked up.

Yeah I saw thought match, if you can call it a match. Also if anyone was watching on UPN they turned the screen black and white during the gruesome parts and when Brock knocked Gowan out of the strecher, they even blurred the screen so you couldn't see it.

Actually, I think those were just camera problems. They kept switching camera views because each one was progressively worse. The one with the best camera angle was the bluriest (blur-e-ist, sorry, can't spell). The one on Lesnar was the one from the ring. I don't know. All I do know is that Gowan bleeds like heck.

I was watching it on UPN, and don't remember any times when they blacked out the screen. And Gowan DOES bleed like hell. More so than anyone I've ever seen.

I just thought about something...

Spanky (Penis) and Gowan are going to get HUGE pops when they return from the injuries incurred at the hands of Lesnar. Maybe this is the WWEs way of actually using Spanky. I mean, whenever someone gets injured, they always come back to huge reactions, and they (generally) do some better stuff then they were doing than pre-injury.

Just some rambling.

========

The V1 Hardy vs. Gowan match at summerslam has been scrapped. Seemings like Gowan really is injured... or else they had already planned this

=========

Watching Velocity, and they showed highlights of the Lesnar/Gowan squash. All the video was clear and in color. It may have just been a Los Angeles thing. I don't know. Whatever. It was fun watching Lesnar have Gowan on his shoulders for the F5, and you can see the blood dripping off Gowan like someone was squeezing a wet sponge.

Wow, they kept the title on the guy who's supposed to be injured and hasn't wrestled in weeks? Brutal.

BTW, how was the match? Did HHH look like he was injured or did he wrestle like he was at 100%?

I wasn't disappointed with the Elimination (Evolution) chamber match, but it wasn't anything spectacular. HHHHHHHH sat most of the match out, and let Goldberg destroy everyone. I did enjoy the spear through the booth, though.
All in all, it wasn't a bad PPV, other than the 'Taker match...

HHH is the reason I don't buy PPVs anymore. He hasn't had a legitiment match in 3 years. Everything ends with a sledgehammer, or 3 of his closest friends beating the hell out of someone. Vince and the rest of those idiots need to get their lips off his ass and kick him out of the frickin company. Just don't give the frickin title to goldberg unless he turns heel.

Is it just me or has brock changed the F5 to drop them on their back instead of stomach? I first noticed he would drop only big show on his back while everyone else got their face planted, then he started dropping everyone else on their backs. It just looks weak now. Although it's probably alot safer.

Yes, the second Elimination Chamber was awful. WWE needs to get some new ideas fast. I do like the idea of them giving the 'Taker a push. 'Taker is just great. I don't know if anyone has posted anything about this but. . . who else thinks taking Kane's mask off was a bad idea? I think it was horrible, personally. I didn't plan on ever seeing Dr. Isaac Yankem, DDS.' face again. Kane is kinda boring now. Then again, te whole RVD/Kane team was boring too.

As far as wrestling games go, most of then stink. The latest game in the works is another RAW based game called RAW 2. However if u want a good wrestling game looks a WCW vs NWO revenage by the developer AKI. they make the best games in the genre.

The smackdown games are awesome especially the create-a-character. That aspect adds so much to the game. I think Kane should act like he's face is burnt again and were a mask. The FU>F5

Nah, I think he's going to stay unmasked for awhile. It would be stupid to put him behind it again after 2 months. Counter productive

Anyway, heres what I think about the Kane/fire story:

He's going to come out unscathed! He was burnt once, so he's already horrible scarred (yeah right).
So any other burns shouldn't leave any damage (yeah right).
So he will return, all pissed off as usual, breaking people over his knee. He will have a new outfit, because... well he just needs a new one. And he'll stop doing his "Flying Arm"-whatever off the top rope. that move is horrible to watch.

anyway, back on subject - He's going to be fine. A little pissed off, a little balder. Bigger chip on his shoulder.

I am a major WWE fan, and I have found myself not watching the shows as much. I still watch them every week, but I usually fast forward through most of the matches. The storylines have been downright boring for months now. I think its time to merge the 2 brands together and start some new storylines. There are a bunch of "supermatches" just waiting to be explored. Brock vs. HHH, Benoit vs. Orton, Angle vs. Test... the list can go on.

Christian has always been annoying. It's just that when he was tag-teaming with Edge, it was funny. Now his whole character revolves around this 'respect' thing and how no-one pays him any because he's such an annoying git. If it gets him heat, great but personally I don't think it does anything for him career-wise. Although the cheating to win against Jericho has the potential to give Christian a good push if Jericho works a program with him.

I'm one of Christians Peeps!! Werd!

Truely, he really is a talented wrestler. He just suffers from Marty Jennetty syndrome. He was the uninteresting "other guy" in the tag-team with Gangrel (Vampire Warrior), and then with Edge, and finally with Jericho. I intentionally ignored Lance Storm, because although he is a FANTASTIC wrestler, he has the personality of a spool of thread.

Anyway, yeah, Christian does rock. Why don't people believe him?

Expect Christian and Y2J to feud for awhile, as Y2J is sent back into the Intercontinental race.

Is there any word on when Batista is coming back? I know he could come back at any time but I think Batista was kinda cool before he got injured, of course he'll probably go to Evolution, but maybe he cold make up for Randy Orton's stupidity and Triple H's crap. WWE needs to seriously stop kissing his ass and make him drop the title already. The Wolrd Heavyweight Title has been around for almost a year in WWE on Raw, and Triple H has has it all but one month of it's existance. Come on already take the god damn belt from his ass and give the wrestlers who deserve a push a shot at the belt like RVD, Jericho, and many others.

how long did Ric Flair hold the title? I know he's a 13 time champion, but in my book that means he lost it 12 times. Did he hold it for a long period of time once?

Hey I just found this wrestling post and have been reading it for over an hour now!

Hate to point things out but Shawn Micheals superkicked Marty to the floor then he picked him up and throw him through the Barber Shop window not kicked him throw it!

Agree - Kevin Nash can't wrestle and neither can Freakstiener, Testicle, Prince Albert(A-Train whatever), Undertaker, Hogan, and the biggest non-wrestler of all Goldberg(but I do like his Dragon Leg-whip).

Hurricane is great, great moves, great sells and I love the superhero charater.

Can wrestle - Malenko, Shawn Michaels(whoelse have you seen slap on a shortarm leglock), Chris the Crippler, Eddie Gurrero, Jamie Noble, to name but a few.

As stated earlier, why oh why are they no true Tag teams anymore, bring back Power and Glory, The Headshrinks, The Skyscrapers, The Buchwakers, Heavenly Bodies, Killer Bees, The British Bulldogs(RIP DAVY), HartFoundation, The Rockers, Demolition................granted some of these were rather poor on the techical wrestling front but at leats they were a tag team and not a couple of individual wrestlers.

Ok question, what is everyines take on Stephanie McMahon - my opion(for what its worth) is she can't wrestle, can't act and that voice just hurts my ears and has she had two enlargement op's or just one, cos I swear they have grow twice!

PS In UK we get almost all of the WWE pay-per-views for free(or at no extra cost) but that all we get nothing else just WWE, which kinda makes me sad as I miss all the guys who have left for smaller promo's.......................and by now you proably know where I 'pinched' my anme from....

PSS - If they is a god thanks be to him that Hogan is not on my dam screen anymore... jeez I can through a puch, a closeline and a legdrop and i'm not a pro-wrestler so why the hell is(hopefully was) he......

I, too, am one of Christian's peeps! His heel turn was great, and they made him into an entertaning wrestler on his own. I miss his old music, though...I liked the operatic intro.
What is the deal with 'Taker in the title picture?!?! Thank god they didn't give him the title. That would just be painful...
Just a little over two weeks til HHHHHHHHHHHH loses the title (cross my fingers, pray to god, do a dance, etc.) If he keeps the title after this PPV, I might be done with Raw...

Which is better no Goldberg or no HHH with the title...
I wonder if the new smackdown video game is gonna have an unbeatable HHH as the Title holder. I mean it would suck to have Ric Flair show up out of no where and help HHH kick you ass, but at least it would be true to the current storylines. . . O_o

And for the whole Hogan can't wrestle thing. Well lots of wrestlers in interviews admit Hogan isn't the best "wrestler" in the world. Hogan himself has admitted lack of ring skills, but the thing is Hogan can work the crowd. Very few people can work the crowd like Hogan was able to do. Thats one reason I like The Rock, he has great mic skills, the same goes for Y2J.
