Well - they hooked me this year. I have watched this thing in passing for years with little continuity. The yin and yang of this show for me was that I generally don't watch TV on Sundays (busy skiing, biking, drinking etc.) but Jennifer Garner is on my "List". I am somewhat surprised I watched it at all.

I don't know that I would have given it a chance this season since I was lost and didn't really know a lot of history but for a couple factors:

- I watch Smallville Religiously and don't usually follow it with anything
- I stuck around to see what she would wear next
- I was able to figure things out enough and sort of knew what Rimbaldi was since I saw the one where they found her step sister a while back by chance

Now I love my two hours of TV each Wednesday. I can't beleive these are network shows. They are like the only Network slop that I watch, but I am totally addicted. I like living in their world for the two hours they occupy each week and are truely entertaining for me. I can't wait to see what happens to Syd next.

Lots of fun and quite a compelling story line. . . then again, I used to think Brittney Spears was smart and talented too.......

This show absolutely sucks now. The whole Nadia thing is a fucking bullshit waste of time of the show trying to recapture the Irina / Sydney family dynamic. The only thing I find remotely entertaining is Jack and all the fucked up shit going on around and inside him. Also the Marshall tidbits every show are worth seeing but thats about it..

The things this show needs to get rid of
-Nadia (although she is very nice to look at)
-Anything Rambaldi
-Storylines that begin and end happily episode to episode
-The whole family thing where everyone ends up at sydneys house

What this show needs
-Tension between Syd and Vaughn
-More Marshall !
-Irina ! (I don't care if shes dead, nobody is ever truly dead on this show)
-Jack kicking ass

Wow, I couldn't disagree with you more. I think your portrayal is accurate for the start of this season, but in the past month or so, the plot is really picking up. Rimbaldi is what keeps this show together, when they were getting away from it at the beginning of the season, it was boring. And the storylines then began and ended in a single show, that sucked.

I thought this week was great. Right when Syd and Jack's relationship is getting better, more secrets come out. And I'm pretty sure Syd said Mom? in the preview for next week. So you might get your wish with Irina.

I feel like they just took first and second season formulas mixed up the characters within the same plotlines and boom, season 4.

It's engaging to watch, but I'm a bit bored since I find it a rehash of the same situations with a shift in characters.

I like having Rambaldi back in the show. It makes the show better and gives them an excuse to make anything possible.

Irina is back? Or maybe it's one of her sisters. Hell for all we know it could be a fraud like the Sloneclone.

Well it's over for this year, and lets just say this episode went out with a bang.

So anyone want to start the speculation about what Vaughn was talking about before the accident? Holy crap, I think I might have had a minor heart attack when that other car came crashing in. The wife and I were almost leaning in towards the TV to hear what he was saying then BAM, episode over...

So Syd's mom tells Vaughn to be truthfull. Then Vaughn pulls the whole, my name's not really Vaughn.. I have no clue...
