Does anyone watch "Adult Swim" on Cartoon Network?

I recently discovered Adult Swim after reading about it showing Family Guy re-runs in the upcoming days.

I haven't seen many shows yet, but I plan on watching more Adult Swim, as it seems to have an interesting line-up. The Family Guy will be the main draw, but I think I will stick around for the other shows as well.

Do any of you watch Adult Swim currently? What are your thoughts? Good, bad? Do any shows stand out as being better than others?

I will admit at first I was a little reluctant to watch cartoons, being 21, but then I realized that I like the Simpsons a lot, and am enjoying the Family Guy more an more.. So Adult Swim may become a "perfect fit" in a sense.

I don't know if Space Ghost is still on Adult Swim, but I love that show. The Brak Show is a spin off of Space Ghost and that may be on Adult Swim too, and again that show cracks me up. So, I guess I don't really know much about Adult Swim but am pretty certain those two shows I mentioned have something to do with Adult Swim. In any case you should check those out. Weird off the wall humor that I enjoy.

Adult Swim is great! Sunday Night Adult Swim is some of the best TV out there. Home Movies is such a great and pointless show Plus they show lots of cool anime during the week.

I just got rid of my cable so I don't get the cartoon network anymore. I did catch Adult Swin a few times though and I thought it was really good.

Home Movies is the best show on Adult Swim ! It looks real amateur at first, but it is funny!
Its got the same style as Dr. Katz....made by the same people,i think. speaking of Dr.Katz....bring on the DVD!

adult swim is one of the only things i watch on tv anymore.

home movies: the animation sucks, but that's not the point.
inuyasha: the dub is cute. fantasy adventure anime.
the brak show: morals are for sissies.
trigun: big guns and crazy ass violence.
cowboy bebop: postmodern western.

although i could do without the ripping friends. superhero parodies are so cliche.

I could also live without the Ripping Friends. The first thing I thought when I watched it was that the characters must have been best buds with Powdered Toast Man. Except that Ren & Stimpy ruled

During the week, animes are great. Trigun is just great, even tho Vash is a wuss half the time, home movies is funny, inuyasha is fun; my gf loves is to death, can't miss it. Cowboy bebop defies all cartoon laws, it's that good. If you have a chance watch sunday-thrusday, during the week anime, sunday it's fucked up cartoons night. ATHF is just fucking funny, I can't stop laughing... might be this shit I just smoked, but it's still fucking funny! Sealab 2021 made me crack a rib.... BIZZZZARRROOOO!!!

Adult Swim is one of the best things that Cartoon Network coul;d have done, IMO. Now that they've added Futurama and The Family Guy, it's almost perfect.
And, it doesn't hurt that they put Trigun in there either.

If they came out with a DVD full of ATHF and Sealab, I would drown in my own tears of joy.

Ok, maybe not, but it would still be pretty cool.

Ever since they went to an almost full week schedule whoever is in charge has done a good job of rotating different series in and out. Keepin' it fresh.

Sealab 2021 is the funniest thing out there, and you can downloas most of them on kazaa (only about 10-15min for anyone who hasn't seen it) To go againist the grain, I don't care for home movies, and i only really watch Oblongs because of Will Ferrell.

Aqua Teens, I own. I've watched them three times already and doubt I'll ever get tired of them. Space Ghost... I'm not as fond of as I used to be They dampened my enthusiasm with almost an entire season of episodes where the entire point was to see how much the viewer would tolerate before getting pissed. Remember when he went to see Warren, and at the end there was a segue into the same episode, starting over again? With no changes, yet?

I still see some gold occasionally (Old Kentucky shark!). I might pick up the set, if I knew which episodes were on there.

Adult Swim is a block of nightly programing on cartoon network that is geared towards adult. There are gems such as Family Guy and Futurama that you might be familiar with from FOX. My favorite however would have to be Home Movies. I love how random it is sometimes, and all of the movie references are great for a film buff.

My friend can recite the entire Moonites episode of Aqua Teen verbatim. That's how powerfuly addicting the show is. I love it and (nearly) everything they put on there. Too many great shows to mention indvidudally. They also have hiliraous bumpers now, between the commericals and the shows, they just cut me up.
