puppets and animatronics scare the living shit out of me. I almost vomit in fear when the tv spots come on. I'll skip this one

i saw a clip on vh1 (dunno why i was watching vh1, i guess it was because it was a behind the scenes of team america), specifically the vomit scene.. perhaps im too simplistic in my humor, but ill be damned if it wasnt one of the single most hilarious bits ive ever seen. i dont have terribly high hopes for the movie, but based on that scene alone, ill see it

Apparently I don't agree with the majority here. I like South Park, and think it is hilarious. But this movie looks like the biggest wast of money and time in the history of cinema. The commercial are hideous, and look so cheesy, I can't imagine sitting through it for 1 and a half hours.

Come one - how corny is the "Hey terrorists, terrorize this!" line?? Anyway....

Just got done seeing it myself. I am a huge south park fan, and that made this movie funnier. There were a ton of things in this movie that mae me laugh because it was a south park joke. Esp. the montage thing. Honestly by the end of the movie I wasn't conscious of the fact I was watching puppets, it just kinda went to the back of my mind. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a laughable entertaining movie. I give it about an 8/10

This film looks mad! I can't wait to see it. Matt and Trey are brillant. Gotta love how they stick it up these celebs who go blah blah on the political trail.

The south park site has some neat behind the scenes pics.

totally stupid.. but funny as hell. I had a good time watching it.

We need a montage... o/~

Spoiler: I thought it was hysterical that Alec Baldwin as the leader of the FAG The puppet sex was over the top... I can't believe that they could get puppets into that many positions.

I honestly thought that it was worse than the worst south park episode. The satire was so obvious, it made it unfunny. The gratuidous scenes with puppets were of bad taste even for those who made a horse that sucked dick (which I thought was actually kinda funny). I was really expecting more.

I was reading People Magazine on the flight tonite, and they had an article on that movie - -it describes a scene with Michael Moore that sounds hysterical, and of course Sean Penn wrote them a letter complaining...

This is a must see movie...

Great movie. The puppet sex was the funniest scene. And I definatly liked the three types of people speech. The best way to describe it is South Park, but with puppets.

I saw it last night. It sucked. I was so disappointed, I was almost angry. Tired jokes that I'd already heard a million times before, nothing new. I expected better for all the money that was pissed away on it. The songs were even lame and uncreative, and I usually love their songs! At about the one hour mark I was thinking, "Holy shit, when will this end?” I wanted to walk out. I mean, how many times can they make fun of Alec Baldwin and have it be funny?

I love SP. I loved Basketball, and especially the SP movie, but this pile of garbage was just that... a waste.

Trite, lame, tired, disappointing…

the movie itself was alright....it did have some pretty hysterical parts though.

my biggest gripe was the love story. it didnt need it, and it got old and boring FAST.

the movie wasnt nearly as funny as the southpark movie, but i'll still give it a B. it wasnt original enough to warrent an A. most of the funny bits were just ripped off of southpark.

Hilarious movie.

If you're a fan of SP, and more importantly, their other movies (Orgazmo, Baseketball, SP movie), then there's no reason you wouldn't like this.

The songs are amazing, the jokes are set up so that they make fun of cliche action flicks and current politics in America. Everyone gets made fun of: liberals, conservatives, you name it.

As usual with these guys, everything is so over the top, but in a good way.

10/10 simply because it's one of the funniest movies that's come out in a LONG time and will probably be years before another one is as good as this.

Who let Alec Baldwin in here?

It's like they reached inside my mind and pulled out my idea of the funniest movie ever. So many scenes, so many lines, I think I might have to see it again in the theatres.

Gos see it on the big screen, you'll be glad you didn't wait until DVD.
