Cashern. Will it be available in the US?
Someone posted a link to the Cashern website (http://www.casshern.com/) a while back before it was in theaters. Now it's coming out on DVD this October and I really wanted to see it. Anyone know anything about it and if it's going to be available in the states?

I remember reading something about the Japanese DVD having English subtitles. This thread says that it'll be in UK Theaters in January '05. I would pay to see it in theaters here, even dubbed over, but it doesn't sound like they've finished negotiations for a US release date. Hopefully it'll show up....
That trailer is freakin' awesome. Here's hoping the film doesn't suck.

The fact that it was hosted on the Apple Quicktime movie website makes me think that it will be here sometime... maybe...
I can only hope. If we're lucky it will get picked up by someone here like "Hero" did when it caught Mr. Tarantino's eye... Anyone who likes anime will probably like this flick. |
