Hentai (perverse) anime can be an extreme fetishists dream. If you're into that kind of thing...great. If not, there are a few relatively "normal" titles. I can somewhat recommend Elven Bride along those lines.

La Blue Girl is absolutely hilarious. A couple friends and I watched volume three and laughed our asses off. Nin-nin is awesome. "Kick ass, little ninja!"
But yeah, if you can't handle the dickgirl thing, you will want to stay away from Cool Devices and the last episode of F3. I suggest reading reviews before you download/rent/buy. http://www.animetric.com |

Try "Kite" and "Perfect Blue"
Both are movies with great plots. For something fun, try the Cowboy BeBop series or Gunsmith Cats. Plenty of action and good story lines. For out and out idiotic fun, look for The Excel Saga (spoofs everything). For the odd tit flash and a good action story, Najica is a good pick, as is Cutie Honey.

I second Bible Black and kite is very good too. Kite is not like those hentai with just porn and dumb story. Kite had a lot of actions and very good plot.
