I have to admit, Speed Racer was one of my favorite shows as a kid (along with Thunderbirds and Lost In Space)! Needless to say, I hope they don't screw up this movie. Same goes for the Thunderbird movie. Lost Is Space movie; sucked.

So far the only big name signed on is Vince Vaughn (to play Racer X). In fact, he's the one who got the project back on track.

I didn't think that the Lost in Space movie was a complete and total loss... c'mon, anytime to see Heather Graham is not a total loss. Anyways, as far as a Speed Racer movie is concerned, I have some very reserved feelings about this because I don't think they can do this in a correct way, I just don't. Something just bothers me about the idea of a live action Speed Racer.
