Has anyone seen this before? Here's a trailer for the director's cut that's due out in September (I think):

It looks good, but I kinda want to see the original version before I see the director's cut. I have to say I don't really trust Lucas to mess with his own movies.

Yeah, apparently his first version of this got canned by all the critics. It seems they really don't like movies that bitch about totalitarianism.

Im my opinion it's the only Lucas film that's worth watching anymore.

It's funny to think that the guy who filmed this filmed Star Wars, they're incredibly different stylistically, wonder if he's gonna hold true to his statement about making experimental films post Episode 3.
