New Season Shows
I'm not an ultimate TV watcher, but I am curious.
What looks good to you? There's quite a few I heard reviewed, including Friends spin-off 'Joey' on NBC, "Northshore" on Fox, and "Summerland" on WB. Here's the whole scoop for each channel: ABC NBC CBS WB FOX UPN Let's hear your thoughts, predictions, etc. |

Hot Mom on ABC -- seems like it's trying to capitalize on the success of THe Gilmore Girls.
The Catch? Interesting, but anyone remember The Fall Guy, with Lee Majors- seems like the same type of storyline. HUB on NBC -- great cast - -but where can they go with it? The cast will have me watch initially - but I can't imagine the story going anywhere. Green Screen on the WB - will be cute for an episode or two, but I think it'd get old pretty quick Related by Family - on Fox - there was already a show very similar to this - Eh -- based on the descriptions, I'm not all that impressed .. guess it's hard to come up with new ideas for tv shows. Looks like I'll be reading a lot more, that's a good thing probably.

I'm waiting for Listen Up!, the show based on Tony Kornheiser.
Nothing will beat that.

ABC: Lost sounds intriguing, so does Kat plus One.
NBC: Joey, of course- he is hilarious and I have a feeling it will flow well. I'm curious about Beverly Hills SUV, the Untitled Tarses/Wrubel Project, City of Dreams, and Eden. CBS's CSI: New York- I'd have to read up more on Recovery. WB: Green Screen ( i am curious) because I did enjoy the Green Screen on Whose Line, but don't know how well it will Carrey through a show.... okay, I saw Adam Sandler's name in the Untitled Dana & Julia Project....definately curious....... Prodigy sounds interesting as well. FOX: American Dad, Mister Ed (quite curious- I loved that show, but don't care for talking animals anymore), The Sketch Show sounds hilarious, Point Pleasant- i am curious to check out, Ricochet- highly intrigued UPN: I Did, I Do, Now What?- not a catchy title, a bit long, but sounds like a good storyline, Second Time Around and possibly Silver Lake. |
