Are you serious? IMDB lists 169 movies for him, and I've heard of about two of them.
I guess for best I would have to go with Seven Samurai, since it's the only one I've seen. For worst, hell I don't know, insert random obscure Japanese title here. If someone else feels they can do better feel free, otherwise... Next up, Steve Buscemi
