well all it is is a slipcase to hold all three extended editions in it, not those statue things inside the really special extended editions. It mentioned it on a handout inside the box and at the official website here.

And $80? Jebus, did you buy them all at the same time or something?

Yes, Fremen, that is indeed the ultimate version. There wont be any other releases of the LOTR trilogy after this one, since there isnt any more stuff to release.
