^^^ Actually the hotel called joey answered and they told him that someone left an eyelash curler there in Chandler's room. So when everyone was in Monica's apt. she asked to borrow Rachel's eyelash curler because she thought that she lost hers.

it's debatable whether or not it's sadistik's answer or oshn's, because in the flashback thanksgiving episode, Chandler tells Monica to be a chef, and I think she responds with, "ok." but I'm not sure. At any rate, that's one reason.
The other comes in with TOW The Candy, when Chandler asks her, "Did you become a chef so people would like you?", and they hint around at that. Whatever moonstrucksoul was going for, though ![]() |

No, it came up when Monica and Chandler were dating. He says something like "You became a chef so people would like you?" and she snaps back with something like "Do you really want to go there, funny man?" implying that he does the same thing with humor. The shrink was on her about eating, not cooking. "It's just food -- not love."
