If we get into specific times when some had their powers, I'd go for Nate Grey towards the end of the series where he had that tattoo that kept his powers from burning out. Insanely high levels of telepathic and telekinetic abilities, sign me up.

The Flash! This guy didnt only run fast, he did other cool stuff! From Wikipedia
