If we get into specific times when some had their powers, I'd go for Nate Grey towards the end of the series where he had that tattoo that kept his powers from burning out. Insanely high levels of telepathic and telekinetic abilities, sign me up.

You read that right, not only did this guy run, think and react at super speeds. He can also go back in time and pass through solid matter! Can't beat that =)
