May
Netflix has this to say as synopsis:
"Nobody knows what to make of May (Angela Bettis). Born with a lazy eye, for which she wore a patch while growing up, she became a loner oddball whose only friend was a perfectly kept doll. She moves to L.A. and takes up with a filmmaker (Jeremy Sisto), but the relationship sours quickly -- and dangerously. She then befriends an alluring lesbian colleague (Anna Faris), but that, too, along with every connection May attempts to make, turns sour" A very enjoyable movie, I thought. Got it and was expecting B horror crap (cause that's cool too in my book), but turns out there are several levels to the movie. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes offbeat movies. While it's completely disimilar, I'd say if you saw Session 9 and were happy with the movie (disregarding the ending), you'd like May also.

I really enjoyed it. The scene early in the movie with her and her co-worker Spoiler: Cutting to relax was one of the most....beautiful//disturbing things I have ever seen. (yeah, I know, those two shouldn't go together)

I didn't really like it either. But, I can't really pinpoint what it is that I disliked about it. I did continue watching for about 45 minutes hoping that maybe I was gonna see Anna Farris naked or something, but then I decided even that wasn't even worth watching it for.
