I recorded it but haven't had the time to watch it. I loved the last incarnation, I can't wait to see this one!

Yeah, it should be sitting on my TiVo. Ron Jeremy has great comic timing, so I'm looking forward to seeing him in this. Added benefit - they won't show him naked!

Hell yes, and then I taped tonites episode too. I haven't watched that one yet though. I can't beleive what a horn dog Ron Jeremy is. Okay, I realize he's a porn star, but Tammy Faye Wahtever her name is now. Damn, he was all over her!

Jadey, I believe both episodes were the same - Monday's episode was a repeat of Sunday's.

That being said, I got to watch it last night. I love this show. I loved it the first season, and I love it now. I know I said this about "Simple Life" when it first came out, but I quickly stopped watching it because it seemed extremely repetitive and the editing was very obvious - moments were very blatantly "invented" out of editing.

I know that "Surreal Life" is edited as well to create moments, but it's done in a much better way. Sometimes you can tell when they're invented, but I think they're always done with a subtle wink to the audience.

So far, I think Ron Jeremy is really fantastic. I've always thought he was very funny. I wonder if anybody will surprise me like last season. I remember going into it thinking that Vince Neill was an asshole, but then he changed my mind.

Ron Jeremy
Vanilla Ice
Erik Estrada (Poncharello on ChiPs)
Tammy Faye Baker (now Tammy Faye Messner)
Trishelle...? (From Real World Las Vegas)
Tracy Bingham (from Baywatch)

I had no clue who the last two were but they're already very interesting...Tracy refused to use the bathtub because she didn't like the color...

i watched part of it till my mom came in the room and i changed channels.

ron jeremey is the coolest dude! he's like "i've slept with 4000 women" and the christian lady covers her ears.

she also does that when vanilla ice swears, which is very often. hilarious stuff.

She also told him she was going to try and help him get rid of some of the hurt in his heart, and she gave him a hug. Awesome.

i watched it on sunday night, and i think this season will be great, just because they have Ron Jeremy and Tammy Faye in the same house. what a great combination! why is Rob Van Winkle (Vanilla Ice) so angry? he needs some anger management classes, but it makes for great t.v.

I remember the time he beat the living hell out of a set with a baseball bat on MTV, scaring John Stewart, Janeane Garofalo, and Chris Kattan shitless in the process. Good times.

I made a mental note to watch this based on Ron Jeremy's appearance, but forgot anyway. I'll put a note on the refrigerator this time.

Crazy

I watched part of the first episode. Tracy Bingham was so damn annoying it wasn't even funny.

You gotta love how Vanilla Ice gets all pissed off and angsty whenever he sees or someone brings up how he used to dress and what not. It's classic.

Oh my, did they pick winners.....I mean it, as far as diversity goes, they did an excellent job- an x-televangelists' wife, a former white rapper w/flaming attitude, a real world binger, a porno star, and a barbie-doll actress/model. So diverse, things are gonna get heated up BAAAAAD. I am usually not into reality TV, except the first two episodes of American Idol to watch all the try-outs, but this one looks funny. I just might have to pencil this in as a must-watch.

Wow, gets intense and crazy- full of drama, to say the least. They matched these up good this time.
Recap:
Just watched Gary Coleman get pissed at tryint to order them around in a restaraunt, Rob go off on his past image and how Erik told him that once he starts laughing at himself will he be able to get past it.
Trishelle being drunk and saying she was in love with Rob.
Had to make brownies and deliver them to neighbors, one of which said she "no lika celeraties" (possibly planted there as a drama tactic?).
Psychic Medium comes in to read people and have a seance and Trishelle freaked out by the cut-short reading (the medium said that she saw a man, a boyfriend- and the colours red (stands for Trishelle) and Black (stands for darkness or even death). Trishelle freaked because the night before she received a message from her x- saying "call me please, I'm not feeling too well, i gotta go, call me"- and she kept trying to get a hold of him and there was no answer. So Rob went off on the psychic while Trishelle was bawling her eyes out.
Crazy!

Man I missed last night's episode, but when I turned to it, it looked like it was on a rerun?

And I got the honor of meeting Mr. Ron Jeremy in person and getting his autograph last week. And he is a real cool dude and yeah he's funny as hell.

Heh, I saw it. I love Vanilla Ice, he's hilarious on that show. I feel guilty for actually watching a reality tv show though.

I saw last night's show, and I gotta ask, what's the point of having them go to a nudist colony if you're just going to blur everything out?

Or they going to sell us the unblurred episodes on DVD once this is over?

Because it is North American standards ... and yes, of course they will if they find that they will make a profit in doing so. That's show business.
