Movies you're ashamed to admit you haven't seen...
I'm going to come clean with you all and admit that I still haven't seen The Godfather Part II. I have absolutely no excuse. I even own the box set, yet the only one I've seen is the first one. The saddest part is, I love The Godfather. But for whatever reason, I never feel like I have to time to watch the second one. Now that I've admitted this, I'm going to make it my mission to watch it sometime next week.
There are also a number of Hitchcock movies I haven't seen. Among them are Psycho and North by Northwest. In fact, the only Hitchcock movies I can remember seeing are The Birds, Spellbound, and The 39 Steps. I'm so ashamed. Okay, now fess up... What movies are you ashamed to admit you haven't seen? |

Any of the Lord of the Rings movies. Don't know why I haven't. I'm not really into the fantasy epic genre.

A lot of classic westerns. I've been meaning to get to them. Specifically, The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, Hud, The Magnificent Seven, Fistful of Dollars, and many more.
I've never seen Schindler's List. I'm a movie junkie too, what's wrong with me

Schindler's List, The Godfather series, Saving Private Ryan, and undoubtedly a few others that I can't think of at the moment.

I've never seen the Godfather movies, Schindler's list or any of the LOTRs movies. My friend let me borrow the first two LOTRs on DVD, but I still haven't seen them yet.

that would be none at all for current/recent films (mid 1960's on). Have not seen any of the Matrix or Lord of the Ring films beyond the first ones and in no in hurry to at all either.

I've seen The Godfather (I and II), and personally I think it's overrated. Same for LOTR (only seen FOTR part).
I think anybody who hasn't seen Schindler's List, Shawshank Redemption, Good Will Hunting, A Beautiful Mind, Braveheart, Clockwork Orange, etc. should be ashamed! Until recently, the only movies I wish I'd watched were The Godfather and The Hunt for Red October. Now I've seen both, and dislike the former, love the latter.

I'm a huge Tarantino fan, but I've never seen all of Jackie Brown. I've caught parts of it on t.v. but I haven't seen it all. I've never seen Scarface either, while all of my friends say how good it is. |

The most recent releases of series - just haven't had the time for the LOTR and Matrix stuff, so I'm not embarassed on them.
Citizen Kane, Schindler's List and Doctor Shivago (although it is on HBO this month, so I might cross that one off soon.)

Wow. There are a lot of movies mentioned that I haven't seen. Although for a lot of them, I'm not ashamed that I haven't seen them. Here are the ones I haven't seen.
Schindler's List TRON The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly Hud The Magnificent Seven Fistful of Dollars Saving Private Ryan Lawrence of Arabia Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid All About Eve Sunset Strip It's a Wonderful Life Debbie Does Dallas Doctor Shivago The only two I'm really ashamed of not having seen are Schindler's List and Lawrence of Arabia. Oh, and for those of you who haven't seen Scarface... for shame! Actually, I hadn't seen it up until it was re-released on DVD recently, so I don't have much room to talk. Seriously though, see it.

It's been a while since I've made this thread, and I still haven't gotten around to watching The Godfather Part II. I'm at my parents' place for the holidays though, so it will be a while before I have it available again.
