Monster House
Anybody watch this show? Caught it for the first time, it was great. there was this one prick though, I think David was his name, complaing that no one was a team player, everyone wants to do their own project without help, but this prick did a fireplace by himself, one of other offe to help and he said no.
David left because bascalliy he was a whiner, he told the others that he had respect for them, but the host Steve(?) pull out a TV and show them what he said earlier that they are bunch of loser, David was only in it for the money and the prize. Sorry it there is a topic already posted, tried to a search but it came up saying I did not have permission to access. |

Ive watched it. Monster House kicks ass. They do some amazing stuff in such a short amount of time. Its funny. There is always one a-hole that jacks it up. I've seen a bunch of episodes and cant think of one where they all worked harmoniously together.

I love Monster House, Monster Garage, and American Choppers. These are about the only shows I make an effort to watch on TV (and even then only when I am at my parent's house). American Choppers seems to be quite popular with the guys around here.

Monster Garage and American Choppers are my two favorite (and only watched) shows on TV. But for some reason, I really can't get into Monster House at all! Can't stand the show. I just keep coming back to the fact that some stupid bastard has to *live* in these atrocities! And the few times I've seen Monster House, the crew all seem incompetent.

I think it's great, but it's true, there's always at least one dickhead in the group! Now I do remember one episode (the Tiki house?) with a guy who was a total saint- he got electrocuted, had a nail put through his finger, and was abandoned under the floorboards after everyone else split for the hotel. I can't recall a single negative word out of him. Real professional, that guy.

Monster House is awesome!! I loved the house they did with the Disco Ball and the lighted dance floor. I think it was the disco house or something. Also, the voodo/monster house was cool with the awesome bar-b-q pit.
I just love that show. |

I enjoyed the episode where the guy who had been brought on to do the electrical work got busted.
After several days of screwing around with one light switch, the dickhead finally admitted that he had lied on the application form and was not an electrician. They sent his sorry ass packing. Can't help thinking that all these people with their houses on acid, will have one hell of a time selling them in the future.

I am a Monster fan too I think the hosts really make both shows. Basic guys who don't put up with alot of shit and want to get the job done at all costs.
