WarGames. I'm actually not ashamed to admit that, though the close second is Red Heat with James Belushi and Ah-nold. If those movies come up on television at any time of any day, I'll watch them.

Pee-Wee's Big Adventure..."where's the basement?" I'm also a Bill & Ted fan (which I'm NOT ashamed of, but people tell me I should be...)

I'll just point out that I throughly enjoy classics such as Sevn Samurai, Citizen Kane and The Goonies so bare with me as I tell you this...
I recently saw Torque... and liked it... in fact I'll probably buy the DVD (but I buy lots of DVD's anyway, got 200 or so now...). It was good dumb fun that never took itself too seriously, awesome! |

Not ashamed by a lot of movies, but I did take a lot of shit back in high school for liking The Little Mermaid.
. . . Okay, I lied. I'm looking through my DVDs right now and I'd have to say I'm ashamed of most RLC movies, with the exception of Josie and the Pussycats and She's All That. Hollow Man. Finding Forrester (especially after the creation of www.yourethemannowdog.com) Let me go hide now. |

I liked Battlefield Earth when I first saw it - I was stoned at the time.
It really was a damn weird movie to watch when baked out of your mind. See, when I watched it, I had NO idea it was an L. Ron Hubbard creation, nor was I aware of how much it was regarded as a "shitty movie." I watched it with an unbiased mind. Instead of focusing on the bad acting, I sat there and thought, "Damn, that'd be fucked up if this happened." You know.. the whole "aliens come to earth, enslave the human race, and force them to mine metals". It was pretty bizarre.

Red Dawn's a classic! I love it in GTA:Vice City; they have a commercial for Ammu-Nation where they say, "And this weekend, a screening of the documentary Red Dawn".
Kull rocks too. Where the guy randomly explodes rolling down a hill? Or Kull's great threat "I'll kill you!", delivered as only Kevin Sorbo can. Ah, good times...
