I just watched a screener for Duplex with Ben Stiller and Drew Barrymore.

An interesting movie about a couple who buys a place in NYC and is hoping that the little old lady upstairs would die or move away so that they can have the whole apartment. It's pretty funny, not knee slapping funny, but it is a dark comedy by Danny Devito. It's not as good as his best, War of the Roses, but it's still a good watch.
