very interesting film. not so much for the story, which in the end turns out to be fairly mediocre, but for the concept that emerges from it. here is the blurb from the back of the DVD case:

"Pay cash. Or pay with their lives. Four friends who owe $1 million to a ruthless crime lord devise a desperate payback plan. Each acquires a $1 million life insurance policy, then draws a playing card that, by agreement, will seal his or her fate. One friend will be the secret, designated killer. One will be the secret, designated victim. But which one is which? And who ends up dead?"

If you've seen the film, feel free to give your opinions. But I am more interested in how you would feel in their situation.

could YOU kill one of your friends to save the other two, and yourself? what if you were the victim? would you run when (if) you found out? or fight? or what?
