Spike Tv, Your Thoughts?

At first I thought it was the best idea ever, but now all I ever seem to catch is star trek. If they're trying to come off as testosterone junkies then why do they play star trek constantly? (sorry to offend any fans but its not exactly the genre theyve been advertising.)

Also, everytime I see the new ren and stimpys I feel like my child hood is being raped.

Don't get me started on Striperrella. Most extreme elimination challenge is gold though.

I can't even watch it. The little moving advertisement in the bottom right hand corner is too irritating. Tv blows, anyway.

i like star trek.. but its nothing fantastic.. and i can't watch it all the time... it is kinda nice though, because they don't play it on any other networks now...

but everything else about it blows...

I like the Star Treck and that Most Extreme Elimination Challenge is Genius.

Ren and Stimpy is great too, but I haven't watched enough of the new episodes to make a Valid Opinion of it

i enjoyed watching the swimsuit special that was on tonite although it made it very difficult to concentrate while trying to talk someone thru hooking up a hdtv box to their tv and vcr. lol

I know Spike is supposed to be a channel for men, but... 7 days and Highlander... Oh, my God! Talk about a hunkfest...

Hmmm... Alright, Gentlemen, form a line... I'd like Adrian Paul first, then that Richie guy, then Frank Parker, Oh and don't forget Methos... He can plant a sword in me anytime... I might even let him "take my head"...

If I'm watching it, I'm usually watching it during the day. I can't figure out the Star Trek reruns either. But I gotta say, when they're showing American Gladiators, I'm watching! Also, Blind Date cracks me up and I'll watch RealTV from time to time.

I have to agree though, if they want to be what they claim to be, they're gonna have to kick it up a notch! (Hey, maybe they could get Emeril!)

Not only that, but the writing style is pretty effeminate as well. I can almost see the heart or smilie face over the "I".

Slamball needs to be bought out and broadcasted on a major network. THat thing is much more interesting than most of the current sports, and if the XFL got a chance, this definitely should.

yeah, I caught slamball for the first time last night. Definatly has potential if it dosn't get staged. My only thought was that it will never become a common sport because kids cant play it easily.
