It was the best novel so it had better be the best film. TTT was semi-meh for me, FOTR is classic however.

Will there ever be a better trilogy of movies? I've always been a die hard Star Wars fan, but somehow the stakes seem so much higher here.

As it is, I think The Godfather trilogy is in the lead, despite the last installment. Indiana Jones also suffers from a weak film (<i>Temple of Doom</i>, and without a new franchise will probably not be as popular as Star Wars among younger generations, leading me to name the latter as a contender for the title.

Why would they show one of the main things they clipped outta tTT in a trailer? They still want the suspense and yadda yadda to be there when you watch it in the theaters...

Even though, once someone gets a peek at it and snaps a shot, it'll be up all over the net, I'm sure. :)

The new movies just don't contend with the animated versions whatsoever. Oh shit... did I just type that out loud? I mean... the new moies kick some serious ork ass!!!
