its look alright, i think its a bit over the top, mabye if they promise that this one will be the last one at the start of the movie i could enjoy it. I just dont want to ever see a "American Death From Old Age" with such clasics scences as the old guy humping something stupid infront of people then saying "Ow i broke my hip!!"
that would suck

I reckon this movie will be really cool. Does the first 2 really show what american high school/college life is like. To me its so american, but I never went to high school there. So I can only draw a comparision for movies like this.

I saw the trailer, and I'm looking forward to this one. The series has actually done a great job of showing evolution, instead of a stupid rehash of the same crap over and over again.

Supposedly it will be the last one.
I just watched the first movie today for the second time ever. I enjoyed much more then my first time. Of course, that was when I was in high school and knew no one there who was like a character in any way (except for Stiffler, possibly...) |

I'm sure I'll go see this one too. I saw the first one in the theater with a large group of friends. None of us could remember the last time a movie had made us laugh so much or so hard.
So when 2 came out, we had to go see that as well. It wasn't quite as funny as the first, but was still full of good laughs. Hollywood has a bad habit of disappointing sequels, so AP2 was a refreshing change in that it didn't totally suck. Hopefully 3 will be as funny and original as 1, but I am not hopeful. Regardless of my preconcieved notion though, I will still go see this one and hopefully enjoy it! |

NONE of the girls are going to be back except for Michelle. Even Oz is sitting this one out. It seems, even after the whole cast were the stars of the first movie, the series has now swung to focus squarely on Jim and Michelle, with Stifler and Shitbreak as comic relief. It started in AP2 (which I really liked, even though Tara Reid looked really rough in that one) with the two of them getting most of the screen time and now most of the original group isn't coming back. No Shannon Elizabeth, no Tara Reid, no Mena Suvari (who was in AP2 for all of about 20 seconds), no Natasha Lyonne. The way those girls played their characters, demonstrating that teen girls are just as much of horndogs as the teen guys, is what made the first movie special. I hope it can keep it up without them.
That said, Fred Willard is playing Michelle's dad, and he's funny as fuck. I keep hearing Tim Allen is Stifler's dad, but he's not listed on IMDB. Nikki Ziering is the bachelor party entertainment, rrroowwrrr... I'll be seeing it on Saturday afternoon! -Mikey |

Eugene Levy and Fred Willard in the same film guarantees comedy.
I know that they'll have a sick moment--I think it involves an awkward moment with a household pet--but it seems that the movie has evolved from a horny teenage picture in Part I to a romantic comedy in Part III. It's been an interesting ride. I don't miss the girls, with the exception of Lyonne. None of the other female characters added anything beyond appearance. They looked great, but the characters were easily replaced. I think #3 may be better off as a rental.

Ewwww. Will be major let down. Is it just me or is Alyson Hannigan just too ugly for this movie? I mean sheesh in the early series of Buffy the vampire slayer she had it going on. But now she has reached the ugly age with me.

I liked it ... if you liked the first two, it's about the same thing with some new laughs (again, along the lines of the first two). Trust me - you wont be missing the girls (Shannon Elizabeth, Tara Reid) at one point of the movie at least. It would have been better if there was more than the 20 people in the early show as other people laughing helps out any comedy. There were laughs for sure though.

I'm thinking I better see it while it's fresh, before the crowds die because that's how any comedy should be seen. I will sorely miss Shannon Elizabeth, for she is one of my most coveted wet dreams. I liked the first one the first time I saw it.. saw it again and didn't like it (probably because my christian friend made a big deal out of how bad it was.. go fogire) and the second one was a little disappointing... who knows

I watched it last night with my girl and it didnt have the spunk like the previous two. Sure it has its laughs, the raunchiness is still there, but a big element of this movie is actually the story line!
Even my girlfriend thought that this movie was more of a love story rather than the usual shits and giggles movie.

I just got back from watching this movie and I gotta say that it's right up there with the first one. Once it gets going, it's really awesome. Check it out as soon as you can, and don't go to any of the early shows - a crowd is the best way to watch a comedy.

It doesn't make me happy saying these things. I used to adore her, as I said, in her Buffy years before she went lesbo.

Saw it, liked it. The other two were better. The MILF guys are back, glad to see them, but no Tim Allen. And I agree that the series is more of a romantic comedy nowadays than the first movie was.
Worth the ticket price, worth completing your collection if you own the other two (but I'm sure the unrated version will be the one to get again). -Mikey |
