West Wing- Bravo reruns!

I have to admit to enjoying Trading Spaces when it is on (used to be a huge fan but not so much anymore). Clean Sweep is cool, too.

Rich girls was pretty funny. Any reality show on cable pretty much works for me.

Love the Sopranos but I don't have HBO. I buy the seasons on DVD and I borrow tapes of them from my parents during the seasons.

My must watch shows are sports, mostly soccer, football, and baseball/hockey when in season. The fact that I watch so much sports, makes my non-sports programming "valuable" in the sense that I rarely watch non-sports programming.

Seinfeld is one of the funniest shows I have ever seen, and I will watch re-runs whenever I catch them on.

I occasionally have news kicks, where I will watch the 24 hour news networks, but generally this only occurs after a national disaster or high speed chase on FOX news. I also have watched Imus when I woke up earlier for morning classes.

Most recently, I have been watching Charlie Rose. I've been reading The Economist a lot lately, to the point where it is such a good magazine that I look forward to spending time with it, and enjoy reading it immensely. It's hard to describe really, but it's a really rewarding experience. Anyway, Charlie Rose features no frills interviews with people in the news and media. I love the fact that the show is on PBS, and thus able to focus on content and not advertising and commercial spots.

The Economist + Charlie Rose is a superb combination for a reason that is hard to describe. I really enjoy both immensely, and find them enlightening and life bettering. I have only been reading The Economist seriously/consistently for a month, and have just started watching Charlie Rose this week, but I can feel myself becoming more cultured and informed as a result. It's a really neat feeling, and adds to the excitement that comes from experiencing the said media.

Also, on a side note, Bryce Dallas Howard was on Charlie Rose tonight, and she is quite beautiful. I had never seen or heard of her before, but wow, she's gorgeous!

I'd also like to start watching Monk, as I remember the protagonist from Wings, back when re-runs were being aired a few years ago. I believe his characters name on Wings was Antonio, and he was easily one of the funniest characters on the show.

UPDATE: I just noticed Google is hosting Charlie Rose's shows for online viewing. From what I gather, the previous day's episode is available for free, and the other episodes cost $.99 to download/watch. The link can be found HERE.

Definately the Simpsons. Been watching them since I was small. But haven't got a chance to really watch to much tv lately.

what should i watch?

I get 3 DVDs almost every week and sometimes pick shows that
were on cable but like you did not want to pay so much for
cable. I pay $20. a month ,get 3 dvds per week.(If you send
back too quick, Netflix will start to send you only 2 per
week.....but still charge you $20. a month.)
I think you can
order just one DVD a week for $9.95. Not as many programs as
cable TV but it is cheaper and YOU get to see what you want.
(When I had cable TV a few years ago; the movies were mostly
ones I had seen years before.) My favorite stuff on cable
were: "WINGS", "A&E", "MAIL CALL", History programs and
SCI-FI shows. IF I had cable now my favories would probably
be "The HISTORY Channel", "SCi-FI Channel" and HBO.

Right now, it is 24, Prison Break and House MD.

All of them ended already. But looking forward to the House MD season encore in the next few weeks.

Never miss that. Also watch Stargate: SG-1 and Stargate: Atlantis, and of course the wonderful Dr. Who.
