0) Dukes of Hazzard
1) Knight Rider 2) A-Team 3) Black Adder 4) Doctor Who 5) Are you Being Served? many of the others already listed and my favourite by far 6) Benny Hill (when my kindergarten teacher asked what my favourite show was, I told her it was "Benny Hills" - probably not a common thing to hear a 6 year old say for that question) |

The Real Ghostbusters had my vote. That, and Sledge Hammer.
"Don't thank God, ma'am, thank gun". Over the top violence in an over the top series was my bag. There was also Max Headroom, but I was young enough that it made no sense, but then again I don't think it made sense to most people back then. I watch it now and can appreciate it, though.

One of my favorite shows of the 80's was
"Tales of the Gold Monkey" with the one-eyed, eyepatch-wearing dog named Jack. I had a crush on the lead actress on there. Her name is Caitlin O'Heaney and she played Sarah Stickney White. (woman on the left) Still a great show.

I went from Ninja Turtles, to Ghostbusters, to Power Rangers (the first season, not all this hyper time uber ninja's from jupiter crap) and then settled on x-men. I downloaded most of the x-men episodes recently just to relive old times.

I just sort of skimmed through this thread, and it seems like just about every show I could possibly think of has been mentioned except for one.
C.O.P.S. Did no one else watch this show? It was awesome. I had all of the toys and everything. I'd say it was my favorite next to the Ninja Turtles.
