I enjoyed Red Rabbit. I wish he'd write a totally new WW3 Cold war scenario though.

Not heard of the book, is it a pure Clancy one of one of his OPcentre type conglomerations. As an aside i bought one of those recently and only found out after closer examination of he cover the swine haddn't even wrote it. Talk about cashing in for free.

Red Rabbit appeared to me to be just page filler. I agree his best books were his first few. Let's hope the new one is significantly better!

Though he is a good writer, something that puts me off is that he sometimes descends into pure weapons pornography. I mean, reading five pages about how well this particular new gun can off a man just isn't very interesting to a non-firearms buff.
