"Saturday Night Live" to suck even more next season....
 

SNL needs an enema ... everything on it seems tired and done. Get rid of everyone and line up a new cast already!

A new cast is needed really bad.

The only thing that really has stayed constantly good is the weekend update segment. I've liked Everyone thats done it :)

my friend worked on SNL from '77 - '90 which was some of the best SNL out there... not that she was directly responsible for it but she was there from Belushi/Akroyd to Hartman/Miller.

I don't even bother... oddly enough the once or twice I watch it a year seem to be the only times that people seem to ever talk about it.

They have some good talent, IMO, but they do need some more new blood in there. Since they lost Will Ferrel, it hasn't been the same

Most of the experienced people left and that hurt the show. I mostly blame the writers. If they came up with good sketches, it wouldn't matter who they had as long as they were decent (like the curent cast)

I think if they dumped everybody but Tracey Morgan and got some fresh blood in there, I'd probably start watching again.

Darrell Hammond is very solid with his arsenal of imitations.

Tracy Morgan is good for a laugh.


The rest could use some time away.

Damn! I didn't even know SNL was still on. It's been crap for years now.

Going back to my fark days as soon as I saw the name of this thread all I could think of was "obvious" I liked it up to the days of Chris Farely. Have phased out recently.

SNL is in serious need of some new blood. The weekend update is the only consistently funny sketch, and IMO Christopher Walken needs to join the cast.

New blood is an absolute must. This show has been on a serious decline in the last few years. The writing and acting has been below par. I'm hoping for a massive change next season.

SNL has blown for years now... Chris Kattan needs beaten with a cinder block... Horatio is one of the only saving graces... and that shit with the guys on the web cam? Can we say Waynes World? Mostly, SNL died along with Phil Hartman and Chris Farley.

Tina Fey is hot in a nerdy way. That is all.

The rest of the show really doesn't matter.

Yea, it seems to get worse each week... weekend update and presidential announcements are the only really funny things left... St. Patricks epsoide was pretty good. but by and large most of the show sucks, most skits are pointless and feature nothing but crude overdone humor... and the musical artists....

You know why SNL sucks. The three lead females (not Tiny Fey) in my opinion drive the entire show down. They are butt-ugly individuals whose talents are non-existent. When was the last time they had an attractive regular female cast? As for Chris Kattan, come out of the closet already.

The reason none of the cast will leave, once they leave SNL, their career is likely over.

SNL is so lame. Needs new fresh talent.

Problem is whatever is done on SNL will be compared to everybody's favorite era, which could be one of several classic ensembles. Regardless, it really sucks now.

Victoria Jackson was a friend of mine from college, and I'm the one who taught her how to play the ukelele!

I loved Will Farrell on SNL :(
