Have you seen the new version?

I'm partway through episode one, and although the "V = Obama" thing is a bit overdone, it's interesting enough.

I watched all the episode until today. Yeah the V is Obama is there in the pilot but haven't noticed it after.


Found it hard to get in in the first 4 episode, but the story is improving in the second part of the season and this may allow it to get a second season.

I like where they are going with the fifth column, it change from the original series.

I don't get Lisa. Sometimes I fully believe she's going to go rogue because she actually cares about Tyler, but sometimes I'm not so sure. Then again, with a mother who beats the shit out of me to garner sympathy, I suppose I'd be hard to read, too.

I don't like the little douche they've turned Chad into, but you're not supposed to like him, I guess; it's just a shame because I've always liked Scott Wolf.

It's interesting that the writers have made the V Health Centres the dangerous thing. It's like they're saying "Hey America - universal free healthcare is alien and scary, and dishonest - AND they're going to inject you with a serum that has sinister purposes".

Seriously, this show is garbage. I don't get why it's so popular.

I used to like the concept of it but it makes me roll my eyes more and more while shoving concepts down my throat that require an already larger portion of suspension of disbelief required for the whole "aliens vs earth" thing.
