Has anyone read America's Secret War by George Friedman?

I have a friend that INSISTS I read it. From what he's told me it sounds like this guy has some sort of agenda, but he assures me he doesn't.

Friedman skips important details, but all-in-all it's not bad. The work is biased, though, make no mistake.
