I guess there is still a chance that the three girls will team up, but they may also think that nobody on the jury will vote for Russell and it is 'safe' to keep him. |

Spoiler: I'm not surprised that Russell lost but I think Parvati should have won in that case...

Yeah not surprised about Russell either but Sandra? Really?
I'm starting to hate how this game isn't Outwit/Outplay/Outlast, it's "Miraculously make it to the end without doing anything so nobody hates me." That's how it is season after season. I keep watching because SOMETIMES the people who win deserve to win (Todd in China, Tom in Palau, etc.). But maybe we're all wrong and Sandra really is the ultimate player. It IS an accomplishment to be worthless and stay under the radar continually for the whole game. Russell's right -- if America had a vote, he'd have won this season and last season. I'm still more pissed about last season -- there is absolutely no excuse for him not winning that. A good argument could be made for Parvati this season.

Too bad Russell's his own worst enemy. If he'd just learned to curb his tongue, then he might've gotten a vote or two.
Out of the two girls, I'm glad Sandra won. I can't stand Parvati's smugness. So, anyone know what the weather is like in Nicaragua? Will they have to contend with a lot of rain?

Early on I thought "maybe the fact that these players have played 2 or 3 times would make them more appreciative of scheming and less petty about having their feelings hurt", but I guess not. The truth is, we're seeing 3 days of social interaction compressed into 48 minutes, so we don't really don't understand what it might be like to spend 24/7 with someone like Russell

I think he's a lot worse to get along with than they have time to show. Either way he's still a power player but in the end all that matters is if you made people mad or not.

Another case of butthurt jury syndrome. Ok, maybe Russell is too much of a dick but at least give it to Parvati!!
Maybe they edited it all out but Russell's jury answers sucked. He should have owned his moves and made the case that it was his strategy that got him to the end. He should have told JT that the idol was given to him unsolicited. He should have called out Rupert for being a hypocrite (Rupert had no problem aligning with him if it benefited him, this goes for Coach). |

I've heard through the grapevine that Ponderosa is a huge deal. Courtney is so persuading and hated Russell so bad that when all of the jury were voted off, they went to her little ongoing Ponderosa party and wound up against him. Look at Jerri (which was hot by the end of the season BTW) -- she even said when she got voted off that she was probably voting for Russell. Into Ponderosa she goes, then at final tribal she says she's divided between Sandra and Parvati?? Been listening to Courtney much??
Courtney convinced the jury that Russell didn't deserve it, plain and simple. I know it's part of the game but it's stupid that if the people voted out were separated, Russell WOULD have gotten votes.
