The National Parks by Ken Burns
It's kind of more important and certainly more awesome than whatever stupid internet meme you're watching on youtube today.
Here's the first episode: The Scripture Of Nature (1851-1890) | The National Parks | PBS Video The first few are available now, free and legal. More as they air. America, fuck yeah! |

I'm enjoying the series. Some parts are little slow, but the background on the struggles to get the parks established is damned interesting.
We need more conservationists like John Muir.

PBS is one of the only channels I watch and tune into weekly. Any other station, I can go months without watching, but not PBS.
I've watched abit of this series, not sure exactly how much, but it was on for an hour or two this past Tuesday, so I think next week I'll tune on Tuesday to see if its on again.
