Need suggestions for costume
New year's Eve is coming, and we decided to just forgo on the whole "sardines in a can"-enjoyment you get at clubs after 12o'clock and just have the whole thing in an empty apartment with about 30 or so people we know directly and/or indirectly.
Music/drinks & decorations are taken care of. We even got a theme for costumes for everybody : Hollywood. You'd think when *you* come up with the theme, you'd have a pretty good idea of what you want to wear yourself... Guess I set myself up for it, because half the people know what they're gonna wear, and I'm still without a clue... I've been trying to find a couple related to Hollywood for me & the gf, but so far the costumes were either very simplistic (Fred & Wilma Flintstone is going to be chilly, even in the best insulated apartment) or very over the top. Can anybody suggest some movie couples (anything goes, as long as it's male&female ) that are both recognisable, and feasible within the next 2 weeks. Thanks in advance for any help

What color hair do you and your SO have? Length. Would wigs be considered over the top?
Really, the sky is the limit. Are you looking for recent Hollywood, classic Hollywood? I'm always a big fan of Pulp Fiction characters for "Hollywood" costumes. But, that can be played out (depending on your friends). How about dressing up like Danny Kay and Vera Ellen in White Christmas?
