Grandaddy - Sumday Album Lyric Interpretation
 

Ok....so if you haven't heard the latest album by Grandaddy called "Sumday", get it. Its awesome! But I have a question on a song and its meaning. On the song, "Stray dog and the chocolate shake", the part that goes

"Where there is a highschool football sittin' on the coach with a toothpick in his mouth. And the stray dog wont forget he tricked him with a chocolate shake. Little Trick".

What is the trick? Just wanted to see what you all thought!
