Favorite Movie Closing Credit Sequences

OK. So I'm bored. Here goes:

Employee of the Month
& Wildthings - both Matt Dillon films pack more "plot" into the closing credits than any other film I can think of.

Dawn of the Dead(2004) - a runner-up for the same reason

Every Jackie Chan film ever made (except for Around the World in 80 Days) because of the outtakes. His films aren't the only ones with outtakes over the closing credits but they're the most enjoyable ones by far!

Most Miyazaki films - mainly because I'm a Miyazaki fan. His closing credits aren't particularly innovative but they feature backgrounds and artwork that, either evoke memorable scenes from the story (e.g. Spirited Away) or tell a wonderful epilogue (e.g. Kiki's Delivery Service and My Neighbor Totoro).

The Incredibles - the artwork and design are really fun. Engrossing.

- Austin Powers 1 & 2. Mike Meyers is a great comic mind, and it really shows in the credit sequences. In the first, Mike is having a photoshoot with Liz Hurley. It's classic stuff. Really simple slapstick, really well done. In The Spy that Shagged me, Seth Green as Scott Evil is on Springer finding out that Mindy Sterling's Frau Farbissina is discovered to be his mother. Great stuff.

- The Lord of the Rings....not because of anything in particular (thought Howard Shore's music was incredible), but the sheer length of the credits.

- Jackass the Movie. Hahahah!!!

I thought the credits for "Cars" was pretty funny

"There's Something About Mary" with them doing the song on all the different shooting locations...

I quote like the first element of the ending of the last X Men.

So, it would take the whole US Army plus the X Men to take out Magneto, right?

WRONG!

WRONG!!!!!!

I still like old movies where they would just say 'The End' and maybe a few lines about Technicolor and 'filmed in...' then just end. The credits nowadays are just too damn long.

Dude, that whole movie happens during the closing credits. Brilliantly done.

I don't have much to add to the already suggested ones, though.

Y'know ... I'm kicking myself for leaving that one out. If I had to pick one favorite of all time I'd say it's "There's Something About Mary." It's just a hell of a lot of fun.

I miss that too.

Jackie Chan states that his closing credit outtakes were inspired by Burt Reynolds movies - specifically "Cannonball Run" where Jackie Chan made his U.S. film debut (cast as a Japanese driver - still makes me cringe).
