Posting some sketches
 

I just set a page to show off some of my sketches. Nothing too fancy, and most of the pieces aren't finished works, but I'd be interested to see what you all think.

Like the style of your art majik... That one with Mickey on the cross is interesting... Got any backstory for that one? Or is it something we should figure out on our own? :) Good stuff... My only complaint is that they aren't larger to see more detail! But what can one expect from a free site like yahoo... Gotta go with what you got. Thanks for sharing!

The Mickey on the cross was mostly just boredom. I'm really interested in tattoo style art, and noticed that a lot of the old school tattooists do a lot of corrupted cartoon stuff. I also LOVE doing a lot of religious symbollism, especially crucifixes and the like.

I also enjoy making art that LOOKS like it has a ton of hidden meaning, but doesn't really have any set symbollism.

Sorry about the size of the images, I edited them down in Photoshop, and made them kinda small. If anyone can help me figure out how to format them, or wants me to e-mail them or post anything specifically, I'd be glad to.

BTW, did you get a chance to check out the crucifix on the second page? It's a direct copy of a Dali piece that I had to copy for my fundamental drawing class.

Majik- I really liked the pic of the crucifix on the second page. Awesome work...I'd love to see more.
