Dizzet... I like the computer game. It does make you look mean though. Nancy is so tiny and you are about to pound her...

those eggs are brilliant! and the fighting game mock up is a very close second. and nice work to all.

as usual, it took me all week to spend 10 minutes to do this.
finally, here it is.

over 40 years ago on the pages of mad magazine, the battle began...

Yeah I'm quite tiny but don't let my size fool you - I do a lot of weight lifting remember? If Dizzet and I were to fight for real I think I'd actually win

^^ wow, I didn't know the characters was originally from a comic strip! I used to play the Spy Vs. Spy game on my older brother's Commadore 64 when I was a kid and have been under the impression ever since that that's where they originated from. I'd like to check out the comic strip - is it available online somewhere?

Didn't you make the your illustration in Illustrator btw?

I'm gonna try locating the comic strip either online or at a store in Denmark; I need to find out whether I think it's funny or not before I buy the book

nope. this is one of the rare ones that i drew in photoshop. OK, calling it drawing is a stretch. i only added the long hair for you and Dizzet's spiky hair on top of his hat.

and as for the comic being "funny" - i dunno. as the interview states (as i interpreted/remember), the strip was drawn by an exiled cuban commenting on the futility of the cold war. it is "fun" to see the imaginative ways in which they destroy each other, uhh, so yeah, i guess it's funny.
