I'm not sure if this belongs here. It's art, but it's a portrait...

where does it go?

Cellophane - it could fit either in here or in Artwork, but seeing as it's a more artistic expression, Artwork might be the place to get more thoughtful insight

I like the use of shadow- it really changes the face.

If you made it yourself then it belongs in Art.

If another person made this of you then it belongs in here (since only your own original art is allowed in Art)

You can't move it youself. You need to ask a MOD nicely to do it for you. Contact either Halx, SiN or The Original King
